Help with this Transitional Submariner

I was interested in this watch and called the company to discuss it with them. She was saying they believe the dial to be a service dial because it doesn't have any patina on it but it looks pretty original to me. I asked if there was a way for them to be sure and they said they didn't know, just a guess based on age.

She mentioned their watchmaker has been doing it for 30 years and thought it was possible a Service dial based on the above.

Any thoughts?

I would suspect a service dial to have the WG surronds on the hour plots. Date wheel and insert looks like service parts - can't really judge the hands from these pics, but they might be original along with the dial.

What about the bezel insert and date wheel make you think service parts?

The insert has a luminova pearl and date wheel looks white where it should be silver. If the hands are original I wouldn't be too hung up about it as these parts(date wheel and insert) can be sourced quite easy - and cheap.

The watch appears to be a nice example with original parts.
