Wear it, Insure it, don't flash it, consider no date/ no cyclops which is not as easily recognizable and flies under the radar.

Head down to your local bank, open a safe deposit box and put your Rolex in there.
Problem solved. |

Dont wear it.
Or Get it insured. Even if it does get stolen, it will get replaced.

Make sure you have it insured... but at the end of the day "it's just a watch, wear it, enjoy it and try not to worry about it"
If all this fails - buy a Seiko to wear and stop worrying..... cheers |

Common sense, don't get drunk and brag about it in the wrong neighbourhood. Just be a little streetwise and you'll be fine.

Leave it at home. Preferably in a big safe.

Just don't flash it around, most watches fly under the radar if you're not putting it people's faces.

Things happen....
When you love someone, you've gotta trust them. There's no other way. You've got to give them the key to everything that's yours. Otherwise, what's the point? |

Here we go again boys. Is it safe? OMG, BLNR on the NYC Subway! Totally not safe! I was robbed shortly after this wrist shot was taken.

Never take it off. Even if your going swimming. As long as it had a recent service first. Number thing is... never leave it in your gym locker. Happened to a few of my colleagues

In all seriousness, I think you have nothing to worry about. I visited my retired relatives in Boquete a year ago, I brought my DJ. I have seen several other individuals in town with Rolex, gringos and natives alike. Insure your watch to it's full value, if someone tries to rob you, then give them the watch. It's not worth your life. |

Has anyone mentioned alcohol and women of ill repute?
Avoid that combo! |
