Oris Question
First, if this is the wrong place to ask this you can remove or delete.
I have an opportunity to pick-up an Oris Aquis in blue and was wondering about the overall quality. I understand it's not a Rolex but I do kind of like the look for a casual watch. I did google it and it got decent reviews. Thanks |

They're not for me but as far as I know they have a pretty good price/quality ratio...

Oris hit it out of the park this year at Basel and the Great Barrier Reef edition Aquis with blue dial on rubber is one of my favorites - the yellow accents really look great with that blue.

OMG, I just looked at it and it is very nice. I was looking at the Aquis blue dial and bezel on black strap but maybe not after seeing this one.

I just purchased the Aquis last Friday and absolutely LOVE the quality, look and feel. You won't be disappointed.

Oris is one of the best pieces you can get for the money. They are great looking and solid divers.

A friend over on wristwatchforums has a Diver 65 black dial and has the tan strap and rubber strap - looks great on both but amazing on the tan. It's be a hard call for me between the 65 on tan vs the Great Barrier Reef edition Aquis. I'd be leaning towards the latter since it's a limited edition.

Oris makes a good watch. The only advise I have is try it on before you buy and purchase with a significant discount as second hand values are limited.

They are great. I've had multiple Oris watches but I am particular fond of their divers.

I've owned a few, and may get another, I really like their designs and again, their prices are really good for a Swiss made timepiece.

Deep Blue/Air Blue represent good value for sure, but they aren't high-end COSC chronometers so as long as you know that going in, enjoy, they're fun!

Oh sure, I know. For It's just a fun watch to wear. And for $149.00 can't go wrong as a beater.

Owned one Oris (not the Aquis). Like it. Wish I hadn't sold it.
