Well it's great but not $75K great. It costs like 67 ounces, nearly 2 kilograms of platinum

Daytona anniversary edition (116506) not a great seller?

I have been eyeing some 16710's on Bob's. I really felt pretty secure with their lifetime authenticity guarantee. So out of curiosity & piece of mind why do you not recommend Bob's? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Regarding the OP's post, and the great steel holding value vs. pm- A pre-owned pt Daytona for 50k or less is 1/3 plus off retail. A pre-owned gold GMT for 22k or less is the same 1/3 plus. Pre-owned day date for 23 and change is about what you see in the secondary market. That's the going rate on PM models. Pre-owned stainless can be had for about 1/4 off. Fewer buyers and higher price points equals an extra eight percent off. Approximately. |

Absolutely stunning watch when seen in person. It's the end of the Rolex rainbow, for me.
I also love the version with the diamond hour markers. I'm not a diamond guy at all, but that dial is done so tastefully that I just love it! Oh yeah, to the OP's question - yes, it's expensive. |

It's still more attainable than that of 116500 Cerachrome Daytona. When I asked about it, they said they could have it maximum 1 month from the order day
