Great way to capture my 3 passions!

Cover of CIGAR aficionado, CHEF Emeril wearing a ROLEX.....

Cigars, food & wine and watches

I will not go into a 'he is a great/he is not a great' chef argument. All I will say is that he has a leading role in the foodie world. Flay, Giada, Ramsey...lots followed, but Emeri started it. BAM!

Every Celebrity Chef that is now making millions of dollars should thank him. While Julia Child is the founder of food television, Emeril took it to the next level and opened so many doors for so many chefs. Not to mention his restaurants are great and he's a Rolex lover!

I never heard of him before, but I know now who the cook Elzar in Futurama was based on...

I have been fortunate enough to eat in several of his restaurants, and each and every one was extraordinary.

My company attended a trade show in NoLa in May, and we catered out the flagship Emeril's restaurant for a customer party. (My decision - I run trade shows for my company).

Our customers, and our global executive team, were floored. Many customers, and all of our execs, said it was the best business party they ever attended.

The food and wine were extraordinary, as you would expect. The SERVICE was complelely off the charts. Mind blowing.

I am a huge fan. I don't care if he is a celebrity chef. Emeril has game and walks the walk.
