Dr Visit

I went to the Dr today for my annual physical. Went for blood work last week so the results could be back in time.

My Dr proceeds to tell me every thing's good. Blood pressure, EKG, cholesterol..blah ,blah, blah.

My question is this; He has my chart in front of him so he knows everything about me. Why then does he ask me every year, with the most devilish smile if I'm 40 yet

BTW, I forgot to mention that he's from India and sounds exactly like JJ when he talks

I can't figure out why my doctor asks me if my ankles are swollen. It's not as though he's walking with a white cane that has a red tip. But I don't want to mess with a guy who has one or two boxes of latex gloves handy.

My doc asked me the same thing - but it was so I could have the old girls squished in a vice. And there were pictures.

Each year... each month right now! Good thing they don't "check" every visit now!

Oh Mireyna, just wait until labor. After that, you don't care so much who looks at what!

(just kidding - it's not that bad!)

Been there for the last four and delivered one, with the guidance of a mid-wife. All I can say is WOW. Well, I could say about a 100 things, but oh hell who is kidding who, right? My current wife had all four natural and she could have cared less if the homeless were watching and filming. She just wanted the little squids out of their hidding place. Some things stretch more than others.. Now pulling out the placenta, that is harder than the birth. Too much information.

My first was almost completely natural (and my second was not). I am impressed!

All respect is due to Bryan - that is one procedure I would not care to undergo. My time will come, and I'll do it, but still.... Brave man, Bryan.

1st: I'm 28 weeks today.
2nd: I don't worry about who "sees" me, I just really don't like the "feeling".
3rd: I'm having a C-section due to my medical history.

Joe, I'm very impressed you helped your wife with delivering a baby!

Oh, and 4th: my cold is not much better; I just went to the pharmacy to pick up some Robitussin Cough and Cold, which is safe according to the doc's office!

Get used to number 2 or "feeling" as someone has to reach in and turn the placenta inside out before removing. I birthed cows as a young lad so was used to the procedure. Don't be impressed, I am a professional pervert.

Sorry to hear that. There doesn't seem to be much stuff you can take when pregnant.

When are you going to share the name you've chosen for your daughter, Mireyna? Do we have to wait until she's born?
