Spotted my second Rolex!

DJ II blue face, spotted at Costco Concord, Ca. The prices seem to be very close to what you can get from grey sellers here. Very reasonable!

Id trust costco, I've had nothing but good experiences with them, granted I've never purchased a 13k watch from there..

Yes it was. Went back yesterday, and it was gone. Talked to "salesman" he said someone came in about 2 hours after me and picked it up.

I didn't go back to buy it, went back to pick up specs for father in law and noticed it was gone. It'll be awhile before I acquire another one, tapped for the foreseeable future.

Did not know Costco even sold Rolex, let alone high-end jewelry. Haven't been to a Costco in years though. Now I have a reason to go back lol.

Costco does not sell fake or bad items. They always give good value to customers.[/QUOTE]

I'm a CostCo fan and would usually agree, however, this was in the news yesterday.

True that and it's been discussed here for quite a while, too. Costco's response was that the pretty much that the name was associated with a style. Somewhat a kin I'd imagine to buying a Fridge which is now a description of a refridgerator although originally short for the brand Fridgidaire.

The point is well taken however and Costco will pay their penalty for what was likely someone bad judgement. I seriously doubt they;ll make another transgression of that sort however.

After seeing this thread and being a Sam's Clubs member, I checked my local Sam's and they have Rolex's too.

I agree. I'm sure they were referring to a "Tiffany" cut or "Tiffany" style. Unless they were giving little blue boxes with purchase, lol. I just moved and discovered there isn't a CostCo anywhere near me. Not sure how I will survive. Guess I'll have to join Sam's Club.

Pretty common for the Costco here in Maui to carry a Rolex or two.

Rolex sold online at Costco

Wow, I've never seen a Rolex on Costco's website, Costco.com. I see them fairly often in the stores, but never on the web for the whole world to see...

Saw a gold president and a woman's something-or-other at my local Costco along with a men's breitling (56mm probably ) and a whole bunch of lesser Swiss brands. No Omega though.

I didn't get a picture, but two weeks ago I was shocked to see a ladies president diamond dial at Sams in Grapevine Texas.

Would you rather buy a pair of Nike at the Nike store or at the outlet?
At the outlet, without question...:)
