08/08/08 don't know if this has been done! side-by-side!

hey everyone! celebrated this lucky day by acquiring a special watch for my dad. Asians are weird about the number 8. Its a symbol of wealth and prosperity, so its very special to have 08/08/08 purchased watch. The black one is for him.

anyways, i wanted to post a side by side photo since I don't think it has been done yet. so you be the judge. which is your favorite?

Both are "M" series from my AD.

Black for me.
I think that the white dial is just too white - if that makes sense!

For me the black one. The combo of black with a hint of orange on the hour indices makes one fine looking watch.

Black is beautiful!

What a nice, simple, elegant look.

Of course white is nice also, but take a look at that second photo, of the watches in their cases. The black piece really steals the show, IMO.

White dials always have the better lume......why is that?? The ExpyII polar lume kicks butt on the Noir!

But still.........I like the black !

That orange lightning hand seems to jump out more on the black.

Initially I like the black, but when I look at it more, I would choose the white because the dial markers stands out more (i like orange), the lume is blue, and it has numerical notations on the dial. When I see them in person I may change my mind though

Seems like I have a fancy for black dials.
Anyway, here's my two cents.
