Scratches and dings on BLNR

Wondering, how much does a ding or a scratch affect the value of a BLNR? Not the light swirls that can be polished out with a Cape Cod cloth.

I am looking to get one to really wear. But would like to know that you think the value impact would be.

It's obviously going to have an effect on value. If it's a watch you intend to wear for it's intended purpose just assume dings are going to happen and enjoy it. I'm not a proponent of watches an investment, certainly not modern references.

Thanks. I've been debating the BLNR vs. something vintage with a matte dial. I don't have the $$ to buy a mint 1680, so whatever I get will already have some marks on it. And the new ones I'll put on won't hurt so bad.....

Anyway....posted the thread in the wrong forum. I meant to post it in the General Discussion.

What is BLNR? That's one I'm not familiar with.
