The Watch Buyers Group service review

I decided to send my wife's Yachtmaster to the Watchbuyersgroup.com in Pasadena, California for service and I must say it is a much better experience than sending it in to RSC Dalllas. They have an A plus rating with the BBB and fantastic google reviews too. You fill out a simple form online and they email you a prepaid fully insured shipping label through UPS right away. Irequsted a full service and repair on a noisy rotor with a pressure test too. I recieved a email from them the day they recieved my watch and a few days later a phone call with a very nice lady telling me what my watch needed. I Told them to proceed with the work and 3 weeks later the watch was back on my wife's wrist in beautiful condition. They did not scratch the lugs removing the bracelet. And I went through every function on the watch and the date wheel had a beautiful click every number. I examined the dial at 20 times magnification and found no dust on the dial either. The watch needed a few repairs and I'm pretty sure I spent about almost half of what RSC Dallas would have charged. All parts replaced were all OEM Rolex too. I called a couple of times through out the process and they pick up there phones right away. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. The service also includes a full 3 year warranty so I don't know what else you could ask for in service. They have my business from here on out.

Just used them to have a vintage GMT serviced.
Very pleased - Easy to contact. Reasonably priced. Quick turn-around.
