Last I heard was one officer was in critical condition and the other was currently stable.

This year has changed how I approach every encounter that I have with people. I'm still the friendly easy going person that I was before, just have a well thought out plan for multiple scenarios before they have a chance to kill me or thank me for what I do. It is the current state of law enforcement.

I can go on and on about why we are here. It surely is not a result of the masses, but of a few poor choices and outright fabrication of lies being told to the public. I hope that the media accepts that they are responsible for the deaths of some Of my brothers and sisters in blue.

I wish them both a speedy recovery. Also, thank you to the officers who were taken from us far to early in Palm Springs just a few days ago. They paid the ultimate price for all of us to live freely and without fear of the wolves.

One of my biggest fears on a call is someone not using deadly force if warranted because of this public/ media fear.... (and then a good guy seriously getting hurt.)

I was just watching the Roast of Boston PD the other day. Sad to see this story now.

(If you actually SIT AND WATCH the entire roast, you will see that Boston is a hell of a good department).

If you are scared to use deadly force, or any type of force, then you shouldn't be doing the job. God Bless both these Officers and those across the Country protecting us.

I enjoyed that roast, and agree about BPD, long line of good leadership, we've been lucky here in MA's largest city!

Thoughts and well wishes go out to the wounded officers!
