My Triple 6 :)

Hi everyone

I've been eyeing a watch for many years as my last watch was a gift when I was 21 years old.

After speaking to a friend who has a deep knowledge of watches, I settled for a Rolex.

I went window shopping with my wife and spent 2-3 days searching around.

Finally settled for an SD 16660 model, unfortunately no papers, but the RSC authentication was done in June 2016.

I've been loving every minute of wearing it, it's so sporty, versatile and most importantly, it is a really good fit for me.

Looking forward to learning more from the watch gurus here :)

Good choice. Did you get a bracelet with it too?

I really like the model. It was my only go to piece for years and years throughout my 20s

Congrats mate! The SD was my first long-term Rolex in 2008...still have it and am wearing it now...although he's got 4 friends in the safe back at home to trade wrist-time with, I'd say it's the perfect all-around watch along with the 14060 or 114060!

Enjoy that beauty!

Thanks guys I changed to the NATO strap as one of my links came loose within a week, and I nearly dropped the watch 😨

I initially wanted just cold hard steel ☺

Then my friend showed me how Daniel Craig pulled off the NATO strap look in a suit

I couldn't resist trying 😂😂😂Name: IMG-20161016-WA0028.jpg
