Anyone tried a Rubber B on a OP39mm/Exp39 ?
Got a 114300 (Blue) incoming and noticed Rubber B has strap for the Exp39 ? Wondered if anyone had tried on their 39s ? Photos would be great. I'm thinking the blue stripe rubber with tang might look great with the OP39 Blue ?

I heard the rubber b straps aren't well balanced and a bit stiff and you might scratch your lugs getting it on and off even using tape

But I can't imagine how you can possibly scratch the stainless steel lugs with rubber, however stiff they might be? a watch is meant to be worn |

Personally I think the 39mm op would look better on leather or NATO given its less sporty nature.

However I still think it's perfectly fine when done with the proper tools. I change my bracelets often and I never have to use tape under the lugs. Photos taken off the net a watch is meant to be worn |

Tried my buddy's Sub on a RubberB (deployant not tang) and it's awesome. Sorry mfur but I'm not a fan of end links with a strap. I recently picked up a 2016 Exp1 and fully intend to get a RubberB at some point soon. Saw an earlier thread where the RubberB was on an Exp1 and owner was very pleased.

Everest is also an option. Although I think they are a bit thicker than RubberB straps.

True for most straps but RubberB sucks with their moldings on many of their models. The holes on the straps for the lugs simply do not align with the holes on the lugs.

Never a Complaint
I have never had an issue with any of my Rubber B straps installing onto the correct watch. Once, I unknowingly ordered the wrong one, and had to exchange it for the right model. They are not forgiving if you get the wrong one. I love the Rubber B because it says Swiss made on the back, just like my Rolex. Call me a snob...

I will be borrowing that look sometime in 2017 and will credit you for showing the combo!! I completely understand why the other pieces are getting all the wrist time though!! They are sensational!!
