BLNR - date, and 3-time-zone capable. [no-stop-watch]
Daytona - stop-watch [no date, no time-zone capability]

My recommendation:

I'd get the Daytona.

What is the "list" on the new Daytona Ceramic? I need to go pay my AD a visit. I really like the white dial.

Two radically different watches. What function do you need/want on your watch?

A bit late to the party! Going to be tough to swing one unless you are a VIP (100k+ in business)

I've had the batman for almost 2 years. I just acquired the Daytona so I'm in the honeymoon phase. For me, I would choose the Daytona. I don't use either the GMT or chrono on a regular basis so the complication would not affect my decision. there is just something special about this Daytona. I think they really got it right. It's lived up to all the hype and then some IMHO. It will not disappoint. I'd be patient and go for the Daytona. Good luck. Sorry for throwing the sub in the pic (it's the only pic I have of the 500 and BLNR)

No doubt! Hope you can swing one, it's a great piece. Check out the black one too, initially wanted the white, but prefer the black now

I would pick the GMT, but thats me who dislikes chronos.

But honestly, you can't go wrong with either one, just don't pay premium on the daytona..

For me, it would be the BLNR, the Daytona seems to wear a bit too small for my wrist however I haven't tried on a new ceramic Daytona.

BLNR is a bit more chunky. More casual
Daytona is a bit more flashy (especially in black). A bit more dressy.

What do want more?

Date pretty important to me, and GMT much more useful than chrono

Literally the two best SS pieces. Lucky enough to have both.

Forced to choose - the head says BLNR. The heart says Daytona.

I actually owned the new Daytona C and decided to go with the BLNR afterall.

I found the Daytona Black Dial (silver sub rings) to be too flashy for my taste. And it was a touch small on my wrist as well.

...at the end of the day, its just another watch. Im glad I scratched the itch and got out of it at no loss... finding the BLNR suits my style a bit better.

The Daytona fits fantastically. Both watches are beautiful. I'd go with the GMT simply because the chances of snagging a daytona at retail is slim to none. I'd only have the GMT at this current moment, however lucked in on the daytona.

Personally I like the BLNR more. They're obviously both gorgeous pieces and you can't go wrong with either.
