Big congrats Grady.

Now the big question - did you have to resize any watches ?

Thank you, Rommel.

I'm quite confident that I can keep up the program.

What I've been doing for a decade has been extremely unusual given my eating habits for the previous six decades that just cutting out the the things that were making me fat is basically all it took.

I made some other adjustments, but just getting rid of the bad stuff accounted for most of the weight loss.

Good job. I know how challenging it can be. I lost 30 pounds after my retirement 3 years ago and have been able to keep it off through exercise and diet. For me it was a mind set. As soon as I decided, it was done. Keep up the good work.

You have a lot to be proud of, it took much discipline and sacrifice to attain your goal. My only suggestion is not to celebrate with a new Platinum Rolex or you will gain all that weight back in one day. A heartfelt congratulations to you, my friend.

Thank you. I have reached my goal, but a few pounds more won't hurt.

Thanks, Headshrinker! I'll probably have to pass on the platinum Rolex, but I'll certainly keep that in mind.

Congratulations Grady! That is a wonderful accomplishment! As you and others have noted, it is a lifestyle change. Having lost 50lbs myself a few years ago, I can really appreciate what it takes. Well done!
