Everest straps, any experience?

Have you come across anyone that does endlinks and strap for dj2 41mm - Everest don't and would ideally like to see it

Will go down the smarty end link or apb route if not

I have a wrist just under 7", and I prefer the fit of the Rubber B, as the strap is shorter and tapers more. The Rubber B is a little stiffer, but I still prefer the feel of it.

FWIW, I don't like the buckle on either model. The Everest is a better design, but it is too heavy/bulky. The Rubber B is more svelte, but it isn't curved enough. I'm sourcing another option at the moment. Granted, I wear 5 digit references, so you may feel differently if you own bulkier 6 digit watches.

Definitely think this is more of a "sportier" sports watch strap (Daytona would look great). However it looks very good in person - more because quality and fit rather then the style. Style is nice, however maybe not made for this watch. I will be picking up a tan or brown leather strap from Everest as well for more daily use.

Figured I'd share as I couldn't find too many photos of this strap on the internet.

Which would you prefer to see? I am indecisive!

I am leaning toward the tan leather.

I think both would look great imo. The tan will pop more due to the contrast whereas the dark will be more subdued. I'm leaning towards the darker, but my wife says she doesn't like both, ha! Don't forget to use the 15% off promo: HOLIDAY

My wife said the same! So I listened and went black sport. Costly mistake! Now, she opted for dark brown. I'll make a game time decision - Stay tuned!

I have used them on GMTc, Explorer 1, Datejust and 116520 Daytona, they both look great. From those 2 my preferred one is brown. Few pictures below:

Mine are 6.5" and the issue is not the length of the tail; it's the tendency of the strap to go inflexibly "down" over my wrist, rather than "out then down," when the dial of the watch is facing up.

Tough to explain properly but the issue does clear up after a few weeks of wear (or else I just get used to it).

My Sea-Dweller on an Everest with end links.
When she's getting salt time, she's usually on a NATO or ZULU but casual dry time is on this black leather Everest.
The ends are what sold me.
Now if they had a strap with end links and could dive (and not rubber), that would be great.

Just got my Everest rubber strap for my SubC, I noticed the bezel doesn't turn as freely and likely because of the tight fit of the strap is this normal? I can still rotate it but it takes some effort to work it over the rubber lug end

Not my experience with Everest. My bezel clears the strap completely and is designed to I believe. Maybe double check your install?

Had my jeweler install so figured it was a band issue but thanks for the info I'll take it back to them tomorrow to see what they say
