Not much. Four liners (COSC) were introduced around 2006 and advertise how accurate they are on the dial. Both 2 and 4 liners can be regulated to equal accuracy. This forum has great appreciation for the simple, more elegant 2 line dials.

4 liners are newer, 2 liners have a cleaner dial. I'd get. 2 liner with Tritium if I was going for a 14060.
