1675 GMT parts
Hi
I recently purchased a 1675 pepsi GMT from 1967. The dial, hands, bezel, datewheel has been replaced sometime during the 80s. I would really like for the whole watch to have original parts(or as close as possible) My experience with second hand part is non-existent. Does anyone have some wisdome to share regarding how I should procede with getting all the original parts mentioned above? Thanks in advance! |

It's a nice looking piece with service parts, nothing wrong with that. Personally I'd suggest selling and buying a period correct one if that's what you want. The parts can be obtained of course but it would be quite a hunt to get matching hands, mark 1 dial, small 24hr hand and correct insert.
