NEWBIE Jubilee 62510H verification?

Been wanting to source a jubilee for my 14270, what do you guys think of this deal here?

Any warning signs?

Looks fine, but a bit pricey. Bear in mind also that it won't take the 14270's 2mm think spring bars. You'll need to either:

A) use DJ 1.8mm spring bars

B) find a 62510H with "50" stamped into the final link before the end links (this takes 2mm bars)

C) find an older folded jubilee that takes 2mm spring bars.

Personally, I'd go with an older folded jubilee because I like that they're thinner and lighter - goes better with the 14270.

Also, I have no idea what end links to use, but I suspect DJ end links will fit ok.

Re end links, beware newer ones will also be specific to 1.8mm or 2mm bars.

End links 502T for 14270 no lug holes, pairs with 50 end piece to fit 2.0 mm spring bras.

This 62510H with "50" stamped in the final link is super hard to find as it was originally fitted to early Rolex GMT-Master reference 16750 with matte dial.

It was also used on the GMT 16700 and GMT II 16710.

502T Jubilee end links are for a no holes case and use 2mm spring bars. I would recommend these spring bars for this bracelet if you need 2mm spring bars for your Explorer. If the 2mm spring bars do not fit through the rings that slip into the end links, the rings may be slightly opened up with a screwdriver or other tool which will allow the spring bars to fit.

Thank you! My 14270 is a no holes case from 1997.

If I were to go ahead with that purchase, means that I have to use a thinner 1.8mm spring bar right?

Will that affect durability/reliability of the watch with the jubilee fixed on?

I've seen image online of 14270s(no holes case) with this 62510h attached with 555b endlinks.

Currently wearing a 78360 bracelet with 558B endlinks if anyone needs to know the spring bar size. (i have no idea whether its a fat or slim)

If you are using 558b end links on a Oyster bracelet, the spring bars would be 1.8mm. If that is the case, 555b end links on a Jubilee should work since the 555b end links also use 1.8mm spring bars.
