2k in what currency, it surely can't be in GBP?

Regardless if real, mix of various parts, or non-authentic, I would stay away. You should never get an Explorer for 2k, and if the seller is willing to give at such a discount to what they should be getting, then there is probably a reason...

100% fake, the clasp should be smooth and it shouldn't be laser printed on the latest version. The actually quality of clasp looks very poor and doesn't even align properly. The hands are too short. 2014-15 Rolex Callander included with box and papers? There are too many flaws with such a new watch. I would stay away!

Its obviously a fake and priced as one. If it was a franken they'd try to make it look more like the real thing not less by mismatching the hands and lume.

I say fake based off the bracelet screws... fit/finish clearly not genuine. Although the SEL fitment is impressive.

I own the 2016 Explorer 1 with 3-6-9 lume. This watch looks different. I believe it's a replica of the older version with short hands and the "manufacturer/counterfeiter" has updated the dial with a replica of the 3-6-9 lumed dial but used an existing stock of short hands and textured clasps.

Short hands are associated to pre 2016 214270 and they are supposed to have metal 3 6 9 numbers indices without lume filled inside

Dial doesn't correspond to above characteristics and therefore this may be an exceptional transitional model or a fake. Do the trade at RSC if possible but there are other signs

Like everyone has said, stay away.
How can you tell the watch is fake?

fake, bracelet screws, frosted clasp, kerning (spacing between letters), of “explorer” and short hands with lumed 3-6-9 dial are all associated with a specific fake that costs 1/5 of the asking

This one is rather obvious. Here are the images that emphasize the horrid rehaut, incorrect crown on the sand blasted clasp which should be polished, and the incorrect outer clasp. Hands are also not correct as they should extend past the markers on the dial.
