Who do you all recommend for servicing your rolexes in Los Angeles? Any reviews or experience would be appreciated!

I would DEFINITELY have Vanessa, from right here on the forum check it out for you. VanessaCW21. I believe she is in Long Beach and the best in the business

Vanessa is in Newport, CA at Jewelers on Time, I believe. I would use her if you are out of warrantee.

I agree with this and concur that Vanessa is terrific.

The only counterpoint is if you do not have any paper work attesting to the authenticity of your watches, and would like to have it (geeze, lets' not get that battle started up again), when they came out of the RSC they would have it by virtue of the warranty cards that would accompany them.

If you don't have it, and don't care that you don't have it, that's cool. Vanessa will be able to tell you, "unofficially" of course.

6 digit and 5 digit... Probably RSC/Vanessa from Jewelers on Time . Sensitive 5 digits and vintage.... LA watchwerks or ABC.

Allow me to follow up on this thread and say I went with your referral and that Vanessa at Jewelers on Time serviced 2 of my watches. WOW, what an amazing experience. I will never bring an out of warranty watch anywhere else. Impeccable customer service and she did an amazing job on these two and sent the most beautiful pics throughout the service!!! this was truly a perfect suggestion, thanks TRF!!!

How does it work if you live out of state? or the area - can you ship for her for service? I'm hearing so many good things about Vanessa but don't live in LA.

You can ship the watch to my attention, and I will personally call you to discuss the estimate with you. If you give me a cell phone number I will text you pictures along the way. I deal with more out-of-state customers from the forum, than locals!
