I love the 1600s but they're actually hard to find

Hello Yangtze- Check out a seller named Dickson here in the classified section. . He seems to have a good selection of 5 digit 160xx Datejusts, great rep and is in Asia. At least closer to the Philippines than many other sellers.

Dickson is a great call; never bought from him but he's got a good reputation in who's who and has a lot of DJs. Good luck!

Not to cause confusion but I've always been told the 1601 was also available with a fluted SS bezel?

1601 was gold, white, yellow or rose. Never SS. The 1603 was the SS bezel.

My 1973 1601

Love this watch but looking at a c. 2001 16234 with fluted WG. Besides the Movement which adds a quick set is the SS in the case any different?
