Tudor BB question.

Hi Guys,

I know this question might have been answered before but haven't found any threads about it .

I haven't paid attention to Tudor BB before ,but lately I've been considering a BB , so quick question , old Black dial with Rose and ETA movement or new with in house movement, reliability is what I'm looking for , it'll be worn in all conditions mostly with the Nato strap (Looking at the one with leather and Nato).

So I want to decide between , Black with Eta and old dial with rose, Black w/New movement and new dial, Red with new movement.

Your input will be appreciated,

There are lots of threads discussing this and I think opinion is split.
Some like to have the latest thing in the in house movement whilst others along with me included think that the older ETA movement watch with its smiley face dial is a more friendly looking watch. In addition it would be easier and cheaper to service.
There is nothing wrong with the ETA movement and reliability should not be a problem. Not in your case but I don't like the new bracelet either tbh.
Either way you can't go wrong and they look the business on a NATO of which the Tudor one is very good.

I like the ETA with rose dial, but check out the new Basel additions, lots of choice now with SS bezels, TT and dates.

Aesthetics for me the eta wins by a mile... Rock solid eta makes it easier to service also. Seems like the clear winner.

Quick question on the topic: Since you could send both watches into RSC, would they take into consideration the simpler to service ETA in final cost of service?

ETA if your gonna wear it most days , the in house is nice but atm at a premium
