Tough call. I own both. Love both. If I could only have 1 it would be the SD4k.

Are there ADs that take trades?? I was at an AD the other day (my first visit to this one) and they indicated that they dont take trades and that Rolex wont even let them stock used watches.

Would you trade a 2 tone Subc LN for a SDC4000 right now?
How many trades per week are you getting?
Wasn't it a 2 for 1 + $5K cash just 4 days after this thread started?

Nah I wouldn't.
Nothing special about the SD4000 that I like. If your thinking about resale in future then everybody knows that SS keeps better value than any other watch that contains PM. Full PM you lose a shitload on resale. |

It depends how much you like your two tone and if it has any sentimental value, I personally would

SD4K is nice, but personally like Black TT Sub as i have one! I wouldn't trade it.
TT is a lot more versatile - I come across occasions when a SS watch looks a little to basic. Hence have both SS & TT. |

You know you need to buy the SD, and keep the TT.
You know that's how this is going to end... |

I agree / msrp to msrp comparison means nothing - residuals are a different thing altogether

Yes, without a doubt,
I went from a SubC ND to a SDc and am glad that I did. The slim lugs were worth the flip alone, not to mention having a cyclopless date and more heft. |

Nope. And I have a SD4K. I'm wanting a Bluesy though but won't happen for a long time with a SD43 on order.
