Same here. Usually if I cook/order a steak like that ill split it with my wife. If I'm out I'll just get eight to ten ounces of the best stuff they got.

Headed for some wagyu this weekend

It's not just Arnold, but all the top athletes of various sports. Lance Armstrong and Chris Carmichael have a book on nutrition that says the same thing. If you google Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's nutrition schedule, you'll see that he eats similar amounts of protein, but multiple times throughout the day because of his muscle mass. The general rule of thumb for bodybuilders is 1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight a day.

I take my parents to Hard Rock Tampa quite a few times a year. We do not go overboard-but the food there is top notch.

With that mindset, there's no need to own a Rolex, when a Timex will tell the time too.

People like to indulge once in a while. I doubt anyone is eating a big ole steak like that daily, let alone every 2.5 hrs like Arnold, The Rock, or a bodybuilder would.

They look delish!

Best marbling grade of Kobe Wagyu is A512 I believe. Be sure to ask for it next time you are in Japan.

That's interesting to know.

But I don't eat steak for the protein, I just like it.
Actually I eat what I want, no care for health, but end up choosing a very healthy diet!
