National Bow Tie Day

Monday, the 28th, is National Bow Tie Day. Anyone here wear a bow tie? Mrs. Blufinz is adamant that I will look ridiculous in a bow tie, so...I'm going to get one and wear it next Monday to work. Hopefully I can figure out how to tie the damn the thing

I own one, wore it once, was chastised by the missus, and retired it to the sock drawer.

I own two, one black and one white. Not surprisingly I only wear them with black tie and white tie.

Just pretend that you're tying a shoelace round your neck. That's all there is to it.
I occasionally wear one when I think the dress code is too formal or pretentious

I like the look at certain times and on certain people. Not for me personally.

I have a black one for a tux. Does not get much use.

As a regular necktie, they are not for me. I think they give off a weird vibe.
