Determining best settings for your watch winder

If it already exists, could someone please point me to another post about how to determine best watch winder settings for your automatic watches? (I've searched and haven't found anything directly related to my question.)

I have a Versa winder for my two Tudor Prince Oysterdates. See link for winder below. Unsure as to how you determine the best settings for your timepieces.
