This public note of thanks is long overdue - but it's an appropriate topic for my 500th post.

Ralpie was fantastic to deal with - he was patient, cooperative, resourceful and responsive as we worked together to figure out how to get a high value watch shipped insured from one private individual in the US to another in Hong Kong. Once we had a solution, the deal was totally smooth.
