I know its a long shot, but does anyone know of a SS White dial SkyDweller available at an AD in PA or nearby?

From what I can tell, the SS SkyDweller is a hot Commodity. Unless you’re willing to pay over retail, I’d call a few ADs and just get your name on the wait list. Probably the most cost effective way to get one at this point. If you must have it now, call up one of the trusted sellers from TRF and see what they can do for you.
