Tweeking Valjoux/ETA 7750 movement
I know with Rolex in-house movements you can cheat the seconds gained/loss by the position you leave it in overnight i.e. Crown up loose a few seconds, face up gain a few
Is this true for a 7750 movement? I have a 2008 Tudor Chronograph and curious how anyone who has that watch or that movement regulates it or even if its possible.

It's not cheating anything, it's physics.
Gravity (and temperature) will affect how any mechanical movements balance swings; it is not specific to only Rolex. How much it is affected will be a characteristic of the particular movement, with most modern movements showing very little variance due to the use of larger springs and better tolerances.
