50 years ago I had a holiday job as a trainee Commercial Artist. At lunchtime the owner and lead Artist would head off to the local public swimming pool and swim and ogle the chicks. They invited me to join them but I only lasted one day when I realised that it wasn't swim and lunch but swim OR lunch.
Before I retired, I spent my lunchtimes in the Luncheon Room eating and trying to prise people away from their bloody 'phones to engage in social intercourse.

Along with half our office, I normally drive the 1km to our local gym then go on a 5km run around the beautiful little town we work in. Have a quick shower at the gym, grab some lunch on the way back and scoff it back at my desk.
Do that normally 3 days a week, the other 2 I normally stay in the office with some pre-made food and watch a bit of YouTube or read TRF! :) |

That's a great looking walk, I experienced similar on my visit there.
Sadly most of my lunch hours are spent at my desk with the occasional luncheon thrown in.

Sometimes, I smoke my pipe alone in a park.
