Whewhooo..New Watch Day...I official..

Picked up my new overpriced Submariner today at an AD in Sarasota, Fla. I couldn't be more pleased... First time buyer, was checking all the ads here but felt more comfortable buying from an AD first time out the gate..Its a keeper..Thanks for all the info you guys have provided me soo far...Lots of knowledge here...Pix to follow, or else it didn't really happen.

If from an AD it was most decidedly underpriced. Double congs!

That sucks you had to pay full retail, but if there’s not much incentive to discount right now. I just bought mine a couple weeks ago for a decent discount, free two-watch winder, and no tax. Granted I visited another AD last week and they said they now had a waiting last for every SS pro model. My AD didn’t have to discount, but he made an investment in my loyalty. He got it. I’m sure I’ll be back for a Daytona one of these days.

Congratulations! Great piece. Hard for them to discount when the demand is so high.
