Submariner LV (Hulk)

Hi everyone.

Is it me or is the price for this Sub LV a rip-off on the grey market? Just look at at how much more it is than the MRP!

I was going to say the Grey's have been adding a considerable margin for ages so nothing new here..........then I clicked on your link to Watchfinder and nearly fell off the chair. £9250 is the highest I've seen by a mile! I bet it will still sell quickly.......

I agree. I paid $8,000 cash for my Brand New LV sub (came with card & coffin only).

I recently saw them selling for 11k. What???

I think I like that, for sure!

3k mark up!!!! Oh my god. No surprise though! The shortage of SS models and the constant rumours of the LVc being discontinued.

I hear some ADs only receive 1 or 2 pieces per year.
I am still waiting...

I guess not enough people have negative opinions...

More seriously, pretty much any watch has haters, the Submariner, Daytona, DateJust and any other Rolex included. Not sure what is your point.

OK...are you seriously just now noticing the secondary market pricing of the LV-C?

Have you been under a rock the last couple of months?

I picked mine up at MSRP last month. It is around the same time when prices were increasing. I stopped by the AD this past weekend and someone else working there was commenting about how they have buyers offering $2k more than MSRP. I think it is a bit of exaggeration.

No clue as to why people believe this item will be discontinued though.

Simply because the timeline from Kermit to Hulk people 'assume' means a new green will take over, rightly or wrongly.
