Best quarterback to ever play the game and the best coach in the history of the game. Awfully tough to take the Pats down. Jacksonville played a heck of a game though.

fantastic! I thought the Pats were gonna loose. The Jags were playing so much better all the way through the third quarter.

I am with Skip, Brady is the reason of the success of the Patriots, not Bellichick

Check Skip Bayless with the commentary after the game:

It’s all about SUSTAINED success—contending every year, Mr Rolex Giants. Record 10 super bowl appearances. 👍

If kraft told Belichick that he was free to leave, the giants would be announcing him head coach February 5.

Not a hogs fan. But anyone who says never about an SEC team really doesn't know much about football.

Brady's now 27-9 in the post-season. That's just silly.

Skip Bayless is a buffoon, Brady is the best, no one needs to be told that, and he thinks his contrived arguments with SS are real or that we're supposed to think they're real? Please, pure nonsensical rantings of a professional buffoon.

Wish this wasn't a rhetorical question.

But looks like the Vikes are done for anyway, doubt anyone can stop the Pats.

well, if you take out the flourish over the top comments, what he is saying (and giving good arguments for this thesis) is that the reason for the Patriots success over all these years is not Bill B., Josh M., Matt P., or Gronk, or Randy Moss, or Eldelman, or Marcellus, etc.. etc... the reason really is Tom Brady. And, I have to agree with that

This for sure.

Patriots are a machine. Proud of the Jags and looking forward to having Coughlin in the front office for years to come with this young team .

The reason for the Patriots success is Bill Belichick. FULL STOP.

Belichick could absolutely win without Tom Brady and has done so when the situation came about.. Not sure how Brady would do in a different system....we probably will never know...

Belichick's teams are the best coached by a mile. They have the best specific gameplans to beat their opposition, commit very few penalties, are the best team EVER in making adjustments and absolutely DO NOT quit...EVER. They are never out of a game..

But I will say this as a warning to the "gloating" Pats fans. Enjoy this time. Relish it. Because when Brady and Belichick are gone, there will be really dark times. Garroppolo would have kept BB around long enough to continue then hand it off to an heir apparent. Now, jimmy G is gone...there is no young QB on the horizon....and the staff is heading out to other jobs....

Ok agree. BB is amazing.

Tom Brady though takes football and makes you feel like you are watching it for the first time. Yet he's done it over and over. When I say over and over I mean rip your heart out and stomp it into a mud puddle and then smile at you as he "Ah shucks" at the post game.

He even makes you feel for oh so brief of a moment that you might even win!

I hate this guy. Only cuz he doesn't play for my team.

GOAT.
