Serif font question?

Is there a date range that certain models got serif fonts?

Not really.

Rolex had more than one dial maker and so dials within a single year release may have different font variants depending on which bin the tech grabbed a dial from

Thanks! Are there any instances of a non serif insert with a serif date wheel on a 16710 for example.
