Great looking watch. What is your wrist size BTW. Some more shots would be great as well, don't see a lot of black stick dials in photos.

I love WG...and no one does it better than Rolex, IMO. As well as the stick dial.

Now, understated...that's a different story. It's got the Rolex DNA, so yeah, you may be able to pass it off as a DJ to the very well informed WIS. However, to the masses, the fact that it's a Rolex screams money. They have no idea what a DJ or a DD are and what they cost. They just know they're expensive.

Very under the radar for a PM Rolex.

If I see you or someone with this watch Ill immediately think "That guys knows what he's doing".

That is a DD for the purist, not the attention seekers.

Enjoy it!

If I were in a position to own a DD, I'd also get white gold. My only difference would be the addition of the olive green dial.

I think that could be the most perfectly understated blingy watch there is. For real... it's both. And I mean that in a really really good way

Your wife is suffering from cabin fever in the cold dark frozen world of MN. Get her into the sun above 80 and her head will clear.

I like the watch and it does seem fairly versatile. Yes, the fluted bezel makes it a tad blingy, but most will probably think it's a steel Datejust.

The wife feels differently, calling it "maybe a little blingy."

Thoughts?
Great looking watch! Congratulations!!

That’s a beautiful watch. I’m looking for similar as my next Rolex hopefully.

Congrats.

....and no...not to bling at all. Like cave man says, to most it gets passed off as a DJ in any case.

Beautiful DD. Mine is older 1803 matt black dial and I don’t think it is blingy at all
