New Cellini?

Forgive the teaser and my lack of knowledge on the Cellini lineup, it looks as though Phil is sporting a different Cellini (or maybe not a Rolex at all?). From the photo I saw it looks like a skeleton design? Any insights?

Ahh the prince....the only Rolex with open case back and if your lucky one day you have to see it. The movement is what really makes that watch
