Questionable 5512
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....m=250319940569
I thought the space between the crown and crown guards looks suspicious, the clasp hinge doesn't look like real one, as well as the crown's coronet and 3 dots - shouldn't they space out a little? Over to you boys. |

Err buddy...that looks to be a Pointy 5512 Submariner...said to be
from the early 60s... The Seller however states the band isn't genuine... |

...yupper...
...head, buckle/folding clasp, and endpieces appear to be Genuine Rolex.
...HOWEVER, notwithstanding the seller stating the aftermarket link sections, the listing represents a Rolex item. ...but, is NOT all genuine and therefore needs to be removed UNTIL either the band is removed; or, the band is replaced with a Genuine Rolex band; or, replaced with a generic, NON-trademark infringing band (no Rolex markings). ...let's see what mother eBay does. It's invalid now. Mother E-Bay decided it was a hunkajunka.
I have been remiss the past couple of weeks checking in late at night. Work has been a big deal for the past several months. I am opening a new building soon. It's worth $625,000 and I am also looking for a tenant to rent the lower section of the building. Waiting for our elevator to arrive and we can get our occupancy permit. Hope to get my one outpatient clinic moved in there at the end of this month. Then life will settle down for awhile. Terry Newton

I have been running silly myself..I long for the days when I had two or three hours just to peruse the ebay listings and post what offended me.now I only have time to look at what others get to post...oh well-if the economy gets any worse I will have plenty of free time, lol.
