I heard from my third cousin, who knows someone that knows someone working at an AD, that they will now be instituting a min age requirement to get on a waitlist or buy a watch.

Only watch nickname which sticks well is the HULK. I don't see Batman as popular nickname for BLNR. People still refer to it as BLNR whereas Green Sub is always referred as Hulk!!

Cool thread. All the people who hate on a nickname need to lighten up. Yes, well all still know the reference numbers by heart as well. Do a test and go into a Rolex AD and ask for a watch by the reference number. See what happens. They look at you like your on crack. I did it at two AD's and same looks.

You would be surprise, since I got my BLNR last week, twice peeps have come to me and asked if my watch is the Batman.
