Costco or Wranglers. Not the cowboy cut ones. For working outside in the cold, Carhartt Flannel Lined.

I’m all about 501,selvedge. Every couple of years getting another one then let it age. Works nicely. I let APC get a hall pass...

From Levi’s 501 to 511. To me, jeans are jeans. Can’t spend more than $50 on em.

I have worn Seven for All Mankind for the last 2-3 years. Absolutely love them. I have 8 or 9 pair.
I have also returned to Polo/Ralph Lauren. I have 4-5 pair. I have no butt (tmi, I know) and these tend to stay up better than any other brand, and I've tried all of the big brands.

Cinch jeans. Green label to be exact. Still made out of denim. Not this stretchy imitation jean crap.

Levi's 511 and 510.

The quality of Levi's denim has been getting worse over the years so you have to pony up for the Levis selvedge.

i bought a couple pairs on sale on boxing week and to be honest, depending on your body type, they are really nice denim and really nicely cut. i think i paid $250ish per pair and i'm happy with them.

This is an interesting point. I see people in their '70s who look great in jeans and others in their '30s who look crook.

I am slim (no gut) and ditched a couple of "baggy-assed" pairs as they looked terrible on me and for the first time in my life I am beginning to think that jeans with a bit of stretch in the fabric might be the go.

I think you look for comfort in your trousers a bit more than style as you get older.

I am fortunate enough that I can wear jeans everyday to work. While I have several pairs of designer jeans, the ones I typically gravitate towards are the Uniqlo ones that I have - they are a great fit and are super comfortable.

AG jeans and AG Khakis is my go to pairs! I do have Diesel and 7Mankind jeans as well and love them. Also, I liked one specific type of Jeans in Buffalo, so got 4 of them. That's all the brands I own.

This thread inspired me.
I stopped at Nordstrom Rack today at lunch. Tried on some AG. They were nice. But I went with a 7 for all Mankind in 32 (first time in 20 years or so!) for $99. Got to the register and surprise surprise - $29!!!

Winning.

I'm going back tomorrow for more.
