I haven't been on this forum in a while but today was an eye opener.
When the ss blro was first announced I started calling around and got told I would be 10th, 5th, 22nd had to pre pay for the watch to get on the list blah blah blah.
I didn't quit until I found somewhere where and I was #1
Now time to wait....

#1 at ad for a specific sales associate. But They have lots of associates. But expect watch later this year if not early next. Just happy ill get it

Number 1 in the waitlist didn't mean you would be the first one to get it from that AD. Some people not in the list may get it in front of you, but you don't know that.

Lists are basically BS.

Just another marketing ploy.

I’ve got a super relationship with my AD. I’m very friendly with the entire team there. Especially the manager. Ive done a ton of business there. I referred literally dozens and even hosted two get togethers there.

I might get it quick. I might wait years. I have little confidence in the system at this point.

Still love my AD. Love em. But they are in a tough spot as are all AD’s.

Good luck though. Hope you get it fast.

One of the ADs I go to told me they don't bother with lists for the very hot items because they don't follow them anyway. I found that refreshingly honest. lol

I went same day as SS Pepsi was announced and my AD said the same list. There is no list and by the time it trickles down to regular folks, it'll be few years. So, don't expect anytime soon!

My AD told me he has two fully prepaid orders. Once he fills those he will go to the next two guys willng to prepay.

The prepaid list is the only list that matters. Everything else is just salesmanship (BS).

Not really. My AD will not allow anyone to prepay or even pay a deposit.
I do realize the lists are not strictly adhered to though.

No I did not see the list with my name at number 1. Like I said before if it's true and I get it great and if not I get the hulk.
I was going to buy the hulk until I saw this new GMT

I’ve never once asked to be put on a “list” and I have no idea whether my AD even keeps them.
