Ooh, just checked and Gunny has a distressed Black Bay clone strap for $150, and (as usual) you can set all the dimensions to match your wrist and preferences. That makes the 58 look very, very tasty to me.

(I just have no interest in the stock brown strap. I see what they were going for, but it does nothing for me. I think the distressed style of the original BBs was definitely the way to go.)

They're both great! And the 58 is very attractive for my rather small wrist..

I am a sucker for the Tudor GMT. I sure hope the wait will not be "Years"

Thanks for sharing these pics! Both are great. I am definitely getting the GMT and will wait for BB58 in blue (hopefully MN colours)

Have the GMT w/bracelet on order, but will definitely be grabbing that leather strap ASAP.

Have always liked the Black Bay series but found it slightly too large and thick but the 58 looks like it could be perfect for me although as others have said I would prefer it to have a silver numbered bezel. However that wouldn't be enough to put me off purchasing one.

Went to a Tudor AD the other day, and FWIW they told me a lot of people have been asking about the GMT, more so than any other Tudor she can recall. But she also said she can't recall anyone inquiring about the 58. Which is cool for me because I'm more interested in the 58 personally.

As you say good to hear that. Hope its means that all the hype/desire is directed to the GMT and the 58 will be readily available without any waiting lists.
