Stopped in RSC Dallas today

On the flight into Dallas today I noticed that I had a bracelet screw on my 116610 that came loose and had started to back out. I was heading downtown anyway and decided to headinto RSC after lunch. I asked the lady at the counter if they could take a look at it. She took my Watch in the back and returned a few minutes later. She said they tightened all of the screws and put locktite on. I asked how much I owed and she said no charge. Good day for sure

Nice! Your 116610 looks a little messed up in the image I'm seeing though, could be my computer.

Oh yeah! I drive by that place all the time. Always imagined it was a giant wall of green marble with machine gun wielding Swiss guards.

If you ever have to wait, there’s a good burger at R+D Kitchen around the corner.

Though I can't speak for all, RSC doesn't charge for these things. Sizing (links in/out) is also typically free of charge.

Yep, full service under warranty. The winding was gritty when Manual winding and it should take around 3 weeks they say.

That’s actually what’s so interesting. Zoom in and you’ll see he actually was able to capture the tree reflections quite well on the sapphire. If he snapped this with a cell phone, that’s incredible
