It won’t fit under the cuff of my dress shirts, which are custom tailored on the left side to provide a bit more room for a sports watch. That said, I could change the cuff size for my next round of shirts to make it fit well.

I wear it with my store-bought dress shirts with no issues.

I am surprised at the responses. In my experience if I buy a run-of-the-mill store brand shirt my 116610 will not fit under my cuff. I have a 7 1/2 inch wrist and unless I buy a higher-end shirt, like a Brooks Brothers shirt I will have problems with the watch going under the cuff. It's almost like the manufacturers have cut the material down to reduce costs.

I like to keep the SD43 out of the cuff for some wrist candy show in meetings. Looks sharp!

It fits under the cuffs of all of my store bought dress shirts, not a problem what so ever.

My Panerai fits under 95% of shirts and my Sub fits 99.5% of shirts, so, I would think the SD50 works with most shirts (unless you like ultra fitted shirts I suppose).

You‘d need considerably roomier cuffs, which would make the shirts pretty much useless, unless you wear this exact watch. So the long story short, no the watch won‘t fit any decently tailored/modern shirts.

agree. Off the rack you are probably fine. Tailored, no.

Mine won't fit under any of my dress shirt cuffs, but I have a big wrist in the first place.
