Favorite Sport Seiko Under $500
Just looking for some ideas
I've owned a few Seikos over the years and enjoyed them. For one reason or another I sold or gave them away. Looking to pick something up a curious what some of the inexpensive favorites are? Thanks! |

This one. The padi mini turtle. 350 quid and a great beater/pool watch.

SRP777 Turtle. Or SBDY015 as it's known in Japan.

The orange monster! Great watch.
Not sure they're making this classic original anymore, but newer versions are available with slightly different designs. |

SRPA21 on Strapcode Super Jubilee
SRPA21 (Padi turtle) on a strapcode super jubilee.. will run you slightly under $400 USD but looks and wears like a watch 4x its price.

Easily the Turtle. I'm thinking about getting another one to mod with an orange dial.

I have a bunch of other divers: Sub, SD43,...But this is my daily watch. It's like you're drooling for that (Rolex) centerfold but then you realized your (Seiko) girl is just at hot without the huge price tag

My fav is the SKX. When it comes to Seiko divers I don’t see a need to spend more.

SKX007 is a great watch and I love it for its no nonsense utility, on either rubber (as shown) or on the Seiko Jubilee.

So I've added almost all of these to my "I need" list, but just ordered the SRPC93 as a starting point. I suspect a few others listed above with follow soon after. Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Seiko turtle gets my vote.
Or the Sumo if you want something a bit dressier, sumo actually has a decent step up in finishing and a slightly better movement. |
