Milgauss Verification....

Hi all! Just purchased this Milguass, with 30 day option to return. Just looking for opinions on authenticity, I will of course open it up once it makes it to me.

The crown on the band, weird pitting, and metal patterns have me thinking fake, but since it was a good price with guarantee I was not smart and popped on it :/

I'm sure any company selling fake watches will honor their return policy so no problems.

Any reason why we can't get better pics? One of the front of the dial straight on, then one with the crown facing us?

Pet peeve is people asking whether or not their watch is real and posting vague looking photos.

My pet peeve is people asking if it's real, after they already bought it!

Who’d you buy it from? And how wonderful was the price?

Hey Trace, I just bought another Crown Vic. Do you want to sit in the back and tell me if it's real?

If it doesn’t smell like stale beer and vomit it’s a fake.

My end links are different.

But that could be a variation in bracelet production date... mine has "OCC" code, OP's has "PJ4".

No photo but also the inside of the six o'clock side of his clasp looks very different.

Underneath shaping of the end link did change around 2015 or so either one is correct and therefore it’s not a “tell” of genuine part one way or another

If it's a fake, it doesn't look like a bad one. That's the good news I guess.

But, IMO, you do need to take it in and have someone have a look at the movement in order to be sure.

Even at well below market price, who parts with several thousand dollars for a Rolex, and then asks?

Thanks for the constructive responses!

It was purchased through eBay using Paypal, which I have worked with before in the past with returns that went seamlessly, so there wasn't much risk in trying this out. eBay later canceled the purchase due to "concerns with the seller's account" so it is a moot point now.

Thank you again for those who were helpful, for the rest, ya'll need Jesus. :)
