Birthday at my AD
As many of you know I visit my AD, Mayors at North Point in Alpharetta GA every Saturday night after 6 PM on my way home from work which is selling Audi’s in Roswell. When I arrived at Mayors not only did Claudia and Andi have a Mellow Mushroom Pizza waiting for me they also had a strawberry Cheesecake complete with candle and a really nice card signed by all the store employees. Then Claudia gave me the present she got for me. If you remember she surprised me with a new stainless steel Daytona in June, and I hadn’t even asked for one. She is an incredible salesperson who understands it’s more than just the exchange of money. It’s about building relationships. Thank you Claudia. The present is pictured below.

Thanks for posting and what a nice story about a great AD customer relationship. A good read amongst the “horrible AD experience at...” threads that have become all too common on TRF.

I visit a local dealer once every couple of months. I think they are tired of me asking for Daytona and Pepsi and not buy anything else. |
