Fluted jubilee for me. But any variation honestly looks great. Yet to see one that doesn’t look good.

I cant deny I like the thought of watches disappearing into the wrist sometimes.

My wrists are 8.25" and I do actually prefer my DJ to be 36mm. The classic size. It will never go out of style. Combined with the white Roman dial, it's really timeless.
I do not like wearing a dinner plate sized clock on my wrist. But luckily everybody has a different taste.

Yes the classics are always worth looking into. I personally like 36mm as well.

My most recent purchase was the DJ41 with jubilee band, fluted bezel and slate dial (green romans) and I don't regret it at all. It's one of my favorite watches to wear out of my collection. I think it looks great with a PCL and a smooth bezel, but for me the iconic look of a DJ is with a fluted bezel and jubilee band.

Be careful - DJs are the Rolex gateway drug.

Datejust is my favorite Rolex line. I love the 36mm Datejust, they fit me perfect.

I just purchased this one from my AD two days ago

I also have this one

So yeah go for a Datejust!

I think a DJ is a great piece to have in a collection. Versatile watch that looks good with a suit or a pair of jeans. I’ve been really happy with this 41.

My first to Rolex were Datejust years ago, I recently tried on a 41 for size and immediately fell in love again. it just feels right. Silver dial, Smooth bezel, Oyster bracelet.

DJs are nice enough watches. Bought a 2-tone for my wife.

But not for me, so just responding that it's not a must have just because one has other Rolex models. Just much prefer my D-Blue, GMTc, and Subc.
