Icon5 Choice of Straps for Rolex Sea Dweller Red ?

Hello All,

I own the sea dweller red for a few weeks.

It is really perfect to me. I had the LV before and found it too small and not very comfortable. This one feels much better on my wrist and I love the look of it (more sporty). I still can wear it to the office as it is not so obvious on the wrist.

I would like now to try a leather strap, but I am not sure about the color.

I guess brown would be the best fit, with a thick strap.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thx

It's on the perfect strap now. I'd leave it alone, but that's just me.

Never understood the fascination of wanting to remove what amounts to the best sports watch SS bracelet in the world with literally an infinite / immediate size adjustment capability, for a $100 to $300 strap.

My opinion is if you're a strap person, invest in Panerai. It's what they're made for. Sorry, just my take.

bracelet only. I can understand rubber for a dive watch absolutely and i think its nuts that a rubber option from Rolex is missing from the most obvious candidate for Rubber (divers). Leather, no way.

I scratched one of my watches trying to replace a strap and it gave me PTSD that I now only leave my watches the way they exist in nature lol

Jacob Straps. He is located in Spain, ships globally. Tell him what you want and he either has it in stock or will make it.

He is making me an IWC Ingenieur strap for $185 shipped dark brown aligator for an IWC deployment clasp....this is a difficult strap to make because it has a notch, tapers and the kicker he makes a core from scratch. Other strap makers turned it away because they can’t build a core. Jacob is on another level.
