The case of this 1978 Daytona Ref. 6265 is in an absolutely flawless condition showing thick and even lugs with a sharp feel. The screw down crown, pushers, bezel are original to the piece and like the case. The Rolex Oyster 78350 bracelet with 571 end pieces has very minimal stretch and comes with12 original links

DIAL & HANDS

The excellent black "Big Red" Daytona dial with silver sub-dials is in exceptional condition. The subdials have taken on a charming ivory like patina. The trapezoidal stick markers are free of any corrosion and add to the specific examples charming and era-specific look and feel. The lume plots have taken on a darker patina and show some degradation when viewed under U.V. light. The original tritium hands remain in excellent condition with lume that matches the dial perfectly.

ACCESSORIES

None. The watch was just completely overhauled and is running at COSC spec.
